By accessing or using MassEmailVerify, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You may use MassEmailVerify to verify email addresses you have a legitimate business reason to verify — for example, cleaning your own marketing lists, validating addresses at signup, or checking deliverability before sending. You must not use the service to harvest, scrape, or build email lists from third-party sources.
Credits are non-refundable except in cases of material service failure. Credits do not expire. Payments are processed by Stripe and NOWPayments. Pricing may change; existing purchased credits are unaffected.
We aim for 99% accuracy but cannot guarantee 100% correct results for every address. Verification accuracy depends on factors outside our control. We are not liable for business decisions made based on verification results.
You may not use the service to send spam, harass individuals, violate any applicable law, or attempt to reverse-engineer or overload our infrastructure.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
